Rust Removal Method

  • pH Level: ~5.5 — optimized to balance effectiveness with material safety.

Safety & Handling

  • Non-Toxic & Fume-Free: Safe to handle without gloves or masks, though gloves are recommended for prolonged use.
  • Eco-Friendly: Water-based and biodegradable. Free from VOCs, acids, and hazardous solvents.
  • Disposal: Safe for most drains after filtering out rust particles. Follow local waste disposal regulations.

Reusability

  • Designed for Multiple Uses: The solution remains effective through several cycles.
  • Filtering Between Uses: Straining out rust sediment will extend the product’s usable life.

Storage Guidelines

  • Shelf Stable: Store in a cool, dry place with the container sealed.
  • Avoid Freezing or Overheating: Extreme temperatures may reduce effectiveness.

Note: Not recommended for aluminum or magnesium alloys if prolonged soaking is required — brief contact is generally fine, but testing on a small area is advised.
